Omaha World Herald court reported Todd Cooper gave a behind-the-scenes story of Quentin Jackson and Nikko Jenkins and how his discovery of the early release of Jackson led to a full scale investigation of the parole and early release scandal that continues to make headlines today. Todd’s story began in May when a prosecuting attorney was dismayed that Jackson was out on a pre-parole parole; before the terms of his incarceration had concluded. Todd followed the trail discovering over 800 cases of similar inmates; over 300 of whom had already been released.
