Sports Commission mission: To make Omaha a premier amateur sports community.
AD Bob Danenhauer is on the Omaha Sports Commission.
Bob has been involved in sports – both as a player in high school and college, pro football, and as an AD for Millard Public, UNO, and OPS.
Bob is now on the Omaha Sports Commission board. He is a part time employee as a corporate fundraiser.
The FIVB Women’s Volleyball World Grand Prix Final is in Omaha in July. This is the first time for this event in the USA. This is a prelude for the Olympics in 2016.
2016 brings back the U.S. Olympic Swim Trials. And in 2017 FEI International Equestrian Jumping and Dressage.
