Nebraska Children and Families Foundation is unique as a collaboration of other organizations. Work with private foundations and government to address community issues.
One major goal is working on child abuse and neglect. This is one of the largest indicator of future problems. Prevent rather than respond.
Succeeding in school is critical. Whether First Start or other programs to start school right is important to be ahead of the curve.
Support foster kids as they transition to adulthood. Critical support is needs to help foster parents and kids with skills to be successful and productive.
